SEAN
Nora
Owners Sean and Nora are dedicated fitness professionals who bring a wealth of experience and passion to helping people achieve their health and fitness goals. Sean, with a career that began in 2009, has worked with clients ranging from Olympic-level athletes to everyday adults looking to improve their health. His focus is on helping people feel and move better while building strength, allowing them to maintain an active, healthy lifestyle. In 2015, he founded Confidence Fitness, where he is widely regarded as one of the top fitness professionals in southeastern Massachusetts. Nora began her journey in the fitness industry in 2018 as a strength and nutrition coach at Confidence Fitness. She is passionate about guiding clients in improving their health, whether through weight loss or overall wellness. Since then, Nora has taken on a larger role in the business, serving as Director of Marketing and Sales while continuing to coach clients. Together, Sean and Nora bring a combination of hands-on coaching expertise and business leadership to Confidence Fitness. Both hold Bachelor’s Degrees—Sean from Northeastern University and Nora from Elmira College—and possess multiple certifications, including Certified Functional Strength Coach (CFSC) Level I & II and Functional Movement Screen (FMS) Level I. Nora also holds a Master’s Degree in Education from Rivier College, while Sean’s extensive experience has made him a leading figure in the Greater Attleboro fitness community.
ANGELA
Coach Angela is a National Academy of Sports Medicine Personal Trainer (NASM) and a Certified Functional Strength Coach (CFSC). Ang was the Club Manager of Planet Fitness for almost 3 years, along with having experience in 1:1 personal training as well as group training before she was a coach at Confidence Fitness. Ang was motivated by her own personal journey of self-discovery in fitness and nutrition to become a coach in hopes of sharing her knowledge and guiding others on their wellness journeys. Outside of the gym, she loves to hang out with friends, go to the beach, indulge in retail therapy, and spend quality time with her cats.
JACK
Coach Jack graduated from UNH with a major in Sports Management and Leadership (Coaching) and a minor in psychology, while also being a Certified Functional Strength Coach (CFSC). Coach Jack has experience in Performance/Personal & Group Training, kickboxing, and soccer. Before becoming a coach at Confidence Fitness, he interned as the Manager of the UNH Men’s Soccer Team ranked 8th in the country, as well as coached youth athletes at MaxWay Performance in NH, and has been a camp counselor at Camp Manitou to coach soccer. Outside of the gym, Jack enjoys kickboxing, weight lifting, watching all types of sports, MMA, football, basketball and soccer.
What really sets our training staff apart is the one-on-one attention and personal commitments they give to members. From individualized training plans, to serving as a resource for questions and concerns, we make you feel like you belong here. It’s part of the reason our members build confidence in themselves and their progress so quickly!
